Francisco Paris

Nationality: Venezuelan

Dr Paris has worked both in the private sector in banking and consulting and in the Venezuelan public sector (Deposit Insurance Agency, Privatisation of assets in Colombia and Venezuela).

He wrote his doctoral dissertation at the London School of Economics on the Political Economy of the Management of Oil Revenues in Venezuela and PDVSA (1975-2005)
