Mr T. Negbalee WARNER
T. Negbalee Warner is a prominent member of the Liberia civil society where he presently serves in several leadership positions, including Member of the Boards of Directors of Center for Transparency and Accountability in Liberia (CENTAL), the Federation of Liberian Youth (FLY), and AISEC-Liberia. He formerly served as President of the Liberia National Students Union (LINSU) and as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Green Advocates.
Mr. Warner also served the Liberian public sector in a number of managerial positions at the Liberia Telecommunications Corporation and the Central Bank of Liberia. He presently serves as Assistant Professor of law at the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law at the University of Liberia and as the Head of Secretariat of the Liberia Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (LEITI).
Mr. Warner holds a B.Sc (Economics) with honors and an LL.B with honors from the University of Liberia, as well as an LL.M from the Cornell Law School. He is a member of the Liberian Supreme Court Bar, the Liberia National Bar, and the New York Bar.
