Deputy Minister On December 8, 2009 Kairat Djumaliev was appointed Deputy Minister of the Natural Resources of the Kyrgyz Republic by the decision of the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan.
He graduated from the Department of Energy of Frunze Polytechnic Institute by the specialty of Engineer-electrician.
Up to his appointment as Deputy Minister of the Natural Resources Mr. Djumaliev held a post of the Head of Energy and Mineral Resources Department of the Government's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
He chairs EITI Supervisory Board of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Married with two children.
