Registering for the 5th EITI Global Conference

We regret to inform you that registration for the 5th EITI Global Conference is now closed. We thank you for you interest. Information for registered participants can be found below.

 

Registered participants are entitled to:

• Attend plenary sessions
• Attend executive sessions
• Attend workshops
• Conference kits
Visit the EITI National Exhibition

Please note that  online registration in advance is a requirement for participation at the conference.

Changes to your registration:

1. Participants may change their personal details or update their registrations at any time. Simply go to the registration page, click the already registered/existing registration button, and log in with you e-mail address and selected password. Any changes to the registration must be done before 15 February 2011.

2. If you have registered and for some reason cannot attend, you may cancel your registration online by using your login name and password. Please note that it is also possible to transfer your registration to another delegate. Substitutions can be done by using your login name and password. Cancellations or substitutions must be requested before 15 February 2011.

Important information for all registered participants:

1. All registrants are requested to check their registration status and personal information on the verification page before completing their registration online.

2. On-site check-in: Please print and present your registration confirmation letter at the OECD registration desk for conference accreditation and to receive the conference kits.

3. Kindly note that photo ID and/or passport must be presented at the registration desk in order to receive your badge and access the conference centre.

4. It is the responsibility of the registrants to ensure he/she has obtained valid visa and travel documentation for him/her as well as any accompanying persons, in order to attend the conference.

The Organiser of the 5th EITI Global Conference reserves the right to accept/reject any registrations and  at any time to change the programme or to cancel or postpone the conference. In the event of cancellation or postponement, the organiser will not be responsible for refunding any costs incurred by the registrant. The organiser will notify all registrants at the address shown on their registration form of any decision to cancel or postpone. The organiser strongly recommends all registrants take out their own insurance against any losses arising from cancellation or postponement of the conference or the inability of a registrant to attend for any reason whatsoever: the organiser accepts no liability for any loss or damage suffered by any registrant or accompanying person or other person whatsoever.
