The deadline for the publication of the outstanding report is extended to 31 December 2025.

In accordance with Article 2, Section 1, Part 2 of the 2023 EITI Standard, Trinidad and Tobago is eligible for an extension of the reporting deadline for fiscal year 1 October 2022 to 30 September 2023. The deadline for the publication of the outstanding report is extended to 31 December 2025.
