Dylan Gélard

Dylan is Regional Director for Francophone West Africa at the EITI International Secretariat. In addition to his regional responsibilities, he supports and monitors EITI implementation in Mali, Mauritania and Senegal.
Before joining the EITI, Dylan worked at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Paris, where he supported France’s participation in transparency and accountability initiatives, including the EITI and the Open Government Partnership. Previously he worked with the French Cooperation in Timor-Leste and Thailand, and with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Cambodia.
He is a graduate of the Sciences Po (Paris) and holds a Master of International and Public Affairs from the University of Hong Kong.
