EITI responsibilities: Country Manager for Anglophone and Lusophone Africa
Emine is Country Manager for Anglophone and Lusophone Africa, a role in which she supports and monitors EITI implementation in Tanzania, Mozambique, Seychelles, Ethiopia, Zambia and Malawi.
She has been an adviser to the Norwegian government on multilateral environmental affairs and natural resource management since 2008 and also worked for the UN in Maputo and New York.
She holds an M.A. in Political Science from the University of Oslo and has studied and lived in South Africa, US, Turkey and Spain.
