Nationality: Honduras

Work Experience: Monica has an International Relations bachelor’s degree from UNITEC in Honduras and was awarded with a scholarship from the International Cooperation and Development Fund (ICDF) to study an MA in International Studies from National Chengchi University in Republic of China (Taiwan).

She has worked with public institutions; as an advisor at the National Congress in Honduras, as a consultant with a government study and implementation plan for Zones for Employment and Economic Development which included collaboration from the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), and as well as in the private sector as a project consultant with South Korean investment groups in Honduras. She also does some volunteering at the International Humanitarian Law group of Oslo Red Cross.
