Mr. Moses Kulaba is currently the founding Executive Director of Governance and Economic Policy Centre (GEPC), a not for profit organization based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania-East Africa. Previously he was the Executive Director of Agenda Participation2000 (AP2000) and was responsible for establishing the Tanzania Corruption Tracker System, an online portal for documenting corruption cases in Tanzania.

He has an extensive training background in Political science, Development Economics and Tax Revenue Law and over 14 years’ experience in Governance, Democratization, Public policy analysis, Oil and Gas. He has done some work for UNDP, EU, DFID, Policy Forum, Concern, OSIEA, Norwegian Church Aid and International Budget Project (IBP) and written extensively in the areas of governance, corruption, illicit capital flight, Petroleum Policy and revenue resource management.

His current interests are in economic development, natural resources governance, petroleum policy and resources management and taxation. In 2015 he was PETRAD Fellow in Stavanger, Norway where he studied Petroleum Policy, Resource Management, Petroleum Development and operations. He has served in board capacity of different organizations, including the Legal Services Facility Board.

He is a currently serving member of the International Board of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) representing the Civil Society Constituency. He currently chairs of the Finance Committee of the EITI.
