Dominican Republic EITI Decree 248-16

Decree 248-16 was agreed in September 2016 and stipulates the establishment and functioning of the Dominican Republic EITI Multi-Stakeholder Group (MSG).

The EITI Standard mandates the government to establish a multi-stakeholder group to oversee the implementation of the EITI (Requirement 1.4.a) and to consider establishing the legal basis of the group (Requirement 1.4.a.iii).
