EITI and Sustainable Development: Lessons and new challenges for the Caspian Region

This discussion paper focuses on issues and challenges related to the EITI implementation in three countries: Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan. It draws on discussions, materials and summary reports from dialogues related to transparency and good governance in the Caspian Region. Authors give recommendations based on these dialogues on how the EITI could develop at the national and sub-national levels in the above mentioned countries.
