Request for expressions of interest: Independent Administrator for the 2015-2016 Sierra Leone EITI Report

The Extractive Industries Technical Assistance Project 2 (EITAP2) in the Ministry of Mines and Mineral Resources (MMMR) has received funds from IDA (the World Bank) to support the SLEITI office in Sierra Leone to meet its International obligations. EITAP 2 therefore intends to use part of the IDA proceeds to secure the services of an Independent Administrator for the 2015-2016 EITI Report.
Please find attached the terms of reference for the assignment. Bidders are required to submit a profile of their companies addressed to the Project Coordinator, EITAP-2, Ministry of Mines and Mineral Resources or by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Deadline for submission is August 31, 2017.
A consulting firm will be selected in accordance with selection Based on Consultants Qualifications method set out in the Consultant Guidelines. The short-listing criteria are based on firm’s qualification and experience including the above competence.
The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to paragraph 1.9 of the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (“Consultant Guidelines” published in May 2004 and revised in October 2006 and May 2010) Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants [under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants] by World Bank Borrowers, setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
