This is the report of the 2010 Validation of the Extractive Industry Transparency Initiative (EITI) in Norway. The report represents the first EITI validation exercise in Norway and the first validation to be undertaken in Europe. A consortium led by Oxford Policy Management (OPM), in association with Advokatfirmaet G-Partner AS (G-Partner), conducted the validation.
Norway was designated as EITI Compliant on 01 March 2011.
