The Board suspends Timor-Leste for not meeting the publication deadline of their 2014 EITI Report.

Description: 

Timor-Leste has sought an extension of the deadline (31 December 2016) for publishing their EITI Report. The request did not specify the period for extension. 

Having assessed the extension request in accordance with requirement 8.5, the Board concluded that Timor-Leste is not eligible for an extension and is therefore suspended. The suspension will not be lifted until requirement 8.2 is met.
