The main objective of this thematic report is to determine whether extractive companies in the provinces of Haut-Katanga, Lualaba and Haut-Uélé are fulfilling their contractual obligations and commitments, and whether expenditures are in line with needs and local development demands. The evaluation criteria used include compliance with the legal framework, relevance, effectiveness and impact.
