Report on the sub-national transfers in Niger
Niger’s Multi-Stakeholder Group commissioned a report to better understand the effectiveness of transfers and the use made of revenues by local authorities and their impact on improving the living conditions of the population. This report was funded by a grant from the Kingdom of Belgium, EITI supporting country.
