Hon. Kelly Rocha

Lawyer from the Externado University in Colombia, with postgraduate studies on Human Rights, International humanitarian law and Political Science in the same university. She has been advisor to the Senate of the Republic, Project coordinator in the Colombian Embassy to Switzerland, and lawyer at the Center for Studies for Social Justice Tierra Digna and the Collective of corporate lawyers Jose Alvear Restrepo. She was Senior Official at the Administrative Tribunal of Cundinamarca. She has been professor in the Major College Nuestra Señora del Rosario and Santo Tomas University. Before taking office as Vice Minister of Mines she was the Head of the Mining Formalization department in the Ministry of Energy and Mines.
