Executive Director of Fundación Ciudadanía y Desarrollo, Transparency International Ecuador. Lawyer with master's degree in Public Management and Direction, as well as in Political Action, Institutional Strengthening and Citizen Participation in the Rule of Law. He was an alternate member of the National Constituent Assembly of Ecuador and a constitutional advisor to the Council for Citizen Participation. Fellow at the Center for Democracy, Development and the Rule of Law at Stanford University. Consultant for national and international organizations on issues of human rights, freedom of expression, access to information, citizen participation, transparency and the fight against corruption.
