Background
The EITI Board summoned the Members of the EITI Association to a virtual Extraordinary EITI Members’ Meeting on 10 June at 11:30 – 13:00 CEST in line with the requirements of the EITI Articles of Association. Questions relating to the Extraordinary EITI Members’ Meeting can be directed to Mark Robinson, Executive Director, EITI International Secretariat and Secretary, EITI Board.
The EITI Articles of Association (Article 5) state that “a member of the EITI Association is a personal representative of a country (meaning state), company, organisation or legal entity that is appointed by a constituency.”
