César Gamboa
Executive Director, Derecho, Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (DAR)
César is a lawyer and PhD in Law and Political Science from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. Master's in Democracy and Good Governance from the University of Salamanca. Professor of continuous teaching and researcher at the GEAS Environment and Society Studies Group of the Institute of Nature, Tierra y Energía INTE PUCP. Currently, he is the Executive Director of the Peruvian organization Derecho Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (DAR), whose priority aim is to promote the sustainable development of the Amazon. Since 2016, he has been a member of the EITI International Board (2016-2023). He is a member of the External Consultative Group of the Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism of the Inter-American Development Bank MICI BID and of the Board of Directors of PROFONANPE.
César is also a member of the EITI Board.
