To celebrate International Anti-Corruption Day, EITI, in collaboration with Open Ownership and the National Democratic Institute (NDI), presented three new sets of guidance to assist in legislating effectively for beneficial ownership transparency (BOT):
- Legislating for effective beneficial ownership transparency reforms in the extractive sectors (EITI and Open Ownership)
- Guide to drafting effective legislation for beneficial ownership transparency (Open Ownership)
- Beneficial Ownership Transparency - A Guide for Parliaments (NDI and Open Ownership)
