Statement of support
Polyus supports the EITI process not only through its membership in the International Council on Mining Metals (ICMM), and by upholding the high standards of corporate governance and transparency promoted by the EITI but also in ensuring that all of its taxes, royalties and other payments to governments are publicly disclosed in full in a comprehensible manner.
Strengthening transparency
The company discloses its taxes, royalties and other payments to governments in its annual reports. Polyus follows guidelines set out by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), which enables companies to increase their transparency and take more responsibility for their social and environmental impacts.
