Eira Bergman

Eira is a Policy Intern supporting the EITI’s work on the energy transition.

Prior to joining the EITI, Eira conducted research on supply chains and production methods for critical minerals for the London-based market intelligence platform Sightline Climate. She has also worked as an analyst of national tax policies.

Eira holds a bachelor’s degree in Human, Social, and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Environment and Development at the London School of Economics. Her research focusses on the implications of trends in natural resource governance for critical mineral production. In her free time, she enjoys spending time in nature, doing exercise, and dancing to live music from around the world.
