Elizabeth supports the EITI’s work to assess supporting companies’ alignment with the Expectations for EITI supporting companies.
Before joining the EITI, Elizabeth interned at Sustainability Hub Norway, where she helped build a network of CFOs, CSOs and CEOs to integrate sustainable business principles into corporate strategies across the Nordics. She has also worked in international legal research at Law Business Research, analysing legal markets and assessing the competencies of lawyers across the EMEA region. She previously served as a judicial assistant at the Royal Courts of Justice in London.
Elizabeth holds a law degree from Cardiff University and a master’s in International Economic Law and Sustainable Development from the University of Oslo, where she focused on the regulation of carbon markets under UN frameworks. In her free time, she enjoys playing rugby, crocheting and learning languages.
