Ms María Fernanda ÁVILA

Fernanda Ávila is a lawyer from the National Faculty of Tucumán with a diploma in civil and commercial procedural law from the Blas Pascal University. She also has a diploma in economic, social and cultural rights from the National University of Catamarca, a postgraduate degree in social and political anthropology, and a higher diploma in public policy management and control, both from FLACSO. From 2020 until January 2022, she served as Minister of Mining for Catamarca.

In 2019 she was General Government Advisor. She also worked as a legal advisor to the Deliberative Council of the City of San Fernando del Valle de Catamarca, she was General Director of the Office of the Municipality of San Fernando del Valle de Catamarca between 2013 and 2019, and head representative of the Provincial Executive Power before the Council of the Judiciary of the province of Catamarca.
