Nolwenn Delaunay

Nolwenn Delaunay is General Counsel of TotalEnergies, a French multi-energy company, present in 130 countries throughout the energy value chain from production to distribution.
Before moving to TotalEnergies, Nolwenn Delaunay held various positions in large international companies. She served as General Counsel of FORVIA (ex-Faurecia), an automotive company. In this role, she was in charge of legal, compliance, risks & internal audit as well as the board secretary. Prior to this, she was head of project finance and innovative contracts at Airbus Group’s legal department.
Nolwenn Delaunay started her career as a lawyer at Simmons & Simmons law firm advising governments and companies on transactions in the field of energy and natural resources.
She graduated from HEC Business School, Sciences Po Strasbourg and holds a master’s degree in international taxation and business law.
