Attached below is the Dominican Republic Decree creating the national EITI multi-stakeholder group, agreed in September 2016.
The EITI Standard mandates the government to establish a multistakeholder group to oversee the implementation of the EITI (requirement 1.4.a of the EITI Standard) and to consider establishing the legal basis of the group (requirement 1.4.a.iii of the EITI Standard
