Mustapha Mani Yusuf is a profound and dynamic civil engineer with extensive professional courses in mining and geology; and Geographical Information Systems (GIS). He is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) par excellence in Mining Cadastre System, Mineral Title Administration and Cadastral Records. Engr. Yusuf has impacted several transformational changes from analogue system of Mineral Title Administration to a modern and a more robust computerized Mineral Title Administration licensing system in line with the best International practice. This include among others enhancement of revenue generation from Mineral Title Holders using a specialized software system (eMC+).
Presently, Engr. Mustapha Mani Yusuf is nominated as the Nigerian Expert in Mining Sector and Mining Cadastre Observatory System at the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).
