Messrs Boas & Associates was engaged by the Ministry of Finance and GHEITI to produce the EITI report for 2017 and 2018. This report covers the payments made by Oil and Gas companies and receipts by the government for the period 1st January 2017 to 31st December 2018.
The report also provides contextual information on the oil and gas sector including the overview of the sector, licensing regime, contracts, state participation, beneficial ownership, exploration production and exports, revenues collection and allocation, quasi-fiscal expenditures,
The Ghana Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (GHEITI) engaged Messrs Boas & Associates to reconcile the payments made by Mining Companies and receipts by the government of Ghana for 2017 and 2018.
The report covers an overview of the mining sector in Ghana; license registers; exploration, production, and exports of minerals; beneficial ownership; contract transparency; state participation in the extractive sector; revenue collection (including reconciliation and allocation; social and economic spending; and the outcomes and impact of the EITI in Ghana.
This report sets out the results of the reconciliation of the financial flows from activities in the solid minerals sector in Nigeria for the 2017 fiscal year.

The DRC EITI published its 2017 Contextual Report and its 2017 Reconciliation Report on 31 December 2019. These reports cover the DRC's mining and oil and gas sectors in 2017.
