Base Titanium is a subsidiary of the Australian and UK-listed company, Base Resources Limited. The company is located in Kwale County and it operates Kenya’s largest mine, which was officially awarded flagship project status under Kenya’s vision 2030 national development blueprint.

Engagement with the EITI
Although Kenya is not currently classified as a candidate country, Base Titanium encourages the Government of Kenya to adopt the EITI Standard and it advocates at every opportunity that Kenya applies for membership.
