Repsol is an energy company based in Madrid, Spain. It carries out upstream and downstream activities throughout 37 countries and has more than 24,000 employees worldwide. It is vertically integrated and operates in all areas of the oil and gas industry, including exploration and production, refining, distribution and marketing, petrochemicals, power generation and trading. As noted by Repsol representatives to the EITI:

Engagement with the EITI
Repsol is a long-standing EITI Supporting Company and has provided data through the EITI in countries of its operation. It is currently part of the Guyana multi-stakeholder group that it continues to engage with through information sharing and capacity building.
