Dundee Precious Metals

Dundee Precious Metals (DPM) is a Canadian-based international mining company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development, mining and processing of precious metal properties. DPM has mining operations in Bulgaria and exploration activities in Bulgaria, Serbia and Canada.

DPM became a supporter of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) in March 2011. By doing so, we endorse the principles and criteria as a way to improve the transparency around payments and revenues in the extractives sector in developing countries. Supporting the EITI is consistent with our governance principles and the manner in which it seeks to develop relationships with communities and governments.

Strengthening transparency

Dundee Precious Metals reports using globally accepted principals such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). For Canadian listed publicly traded companies disclosure of payments to governments has been mandatory under the Extractives Sector Transparency Measures Act (ESTMA) since 2017.
