Supporting Companies
Companies operating in countries that are implementing the EITI have to publish what they pay to the government. In addition to this, around 61 of the world’s largest oil, gas and mining companies have chosen to become EITI Supporting Companies at the international level. These companies support the EITI process through taking part of governance of the EITI globally, through their country operations in implementing countries, and through industry associations.
Companies that have committed to support the EITI on an international level, are asked to submit an International-level Company Self-Assessment Form [English] [French].
