The United Kingdom's 2021 EITI Validation: call for views on stakeholder engagement
The United Kingdom (UK) joined the EITI in 2014. In November 2019, the EITI Board agreed that the UK had made ‘meaningful progress’ in implementing the EITI Standard. The UK’s next Validation against the 2019 EITI Standard is scheduled to commence on 1 July 2021.
In accordance with the Validation procedure, the EITI International Secretariat is seeking stakeholder views on the UK’s progress in implementing the EITI Standard between November 2019 and July 2021. Stakeholders are requested to send views to the Validation team led by Alex Gordy (AGordy@eiti.org) by 1 July 2021.
