H.E. Félix Moloua

H.E. Félix Moloua is the current Prime Minister, Head of Government since 7 February 2022. He still holds the position of Minister of State in charge of the Economy, Planning and International Cooperation. 

He was previously appointed:

• On 23 June 2021, Minister of State in charge of the Economy, Planning and International Cooperation in the government of Prime Minister Henri-Marie DONDRA.
• On 11 April 2016, Minister of Economy, Planning and Cooperation in the government of Prime Minister Simplice Mathieu SARANDJI. 
• From February 2007 to April 2013, Director of Cabinet of the Ministry of Economy, Planning and International Cooperation. 
• January 2010- February 2013, Director of the Bank of Central African States BEAC.
• May 2005- October 2005, Director of Demographic and Social Statistics, Technical Director of the Central Census Office BCR.
• March 2002- May 2005, National Expert in charge of the Demographic and Social Statistics Unit and Technical Director at the BCR. 

Academic background:

• 1993-1995 Diplôme d'Etudes Supérieures Spécialisées en Démographie at the Institut de Formation et de Recherches Démographiques IFORD, University of Yaoundé 2 (Cameroon) 
• 1982-1985: University Diploma of Scientific Studies (DUES 2), option: Maths-Physics, University of Bangui. 
• 1978-1981: Certificat d'Aptitude au Professorat du 1er Cycle, Option: Maths- Physics, École Normale Supérieure, University of Bangui.
