Rushaiya Ibrahim-Tanko
Project Director, PPA Transparency project, Energy for Growth Hub
Rushaiya Ibrahim-Tanko is the Project Director of the PPA Transparency project at the Energy for Growth Hub where she leads a global campaign to enhance contract transparency in the power sector. The initiative aims to help establish new disclosure norms, support international standard-setters, diverse actors and build partnerships with civil society organizations to advocate for increased transparency both at the county and global level.
A lawyer by training, she was previously a technical advisor for the UK-funded Strengthening Action Against Corruption (STAAC) Ghana project where she led and managed work on beneficial ownership transparency, anti corruption and accountability and with the Natural Resource Governance Institute.
