The Board lifted Madagascar's suspension.

The Board had suspended Madagascar on 1 February 2019 for missing the deadline for the 2017 annual progress report. The Board agreed that “the suspension will be lifted if the EITI Board is satisfied that Madagascar has published its 2017 annual progress report".

The Secretariat confirmed that Madagascar published this report on 29 April 2019 and thus the suspension was lifted. The report also covers the year 2018 and is available here.
