Changes to the Board composition.
Dirk-Jan Koch, Special Envoy for Natural Resources at the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs is to succeed as the Board member and Sören Dengg, Head of Division “Energy, Infrastructure, Raw Materials” at Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), Germany, to serve as Dirk-Jan’s alternate.
