Uganda 2020 - 2021 EITI Report
This EITI Report covers Uganda's extractive sector in fiscal years 2020-2021.
The report covers payments made by extractive entities, revenues received by government agencies, and other significant payments and benefits during the 2020-2021 financial year. It provides contextual information about the extractive industries, including legal frameworks, fiscal regimes, sector overview, economic contribution, production data, state shareholding, revenue allocations, and license information.
In FY 2020-2021, the extractive sector generated a total of UGX 241,349 million in government revenues (USD 65,515), accounting for 0.6% of total domestic revenues. 95.72% of these revenues were collected by the Uganda Revenue Authority main from Oil & Gas and Mining.
