Josefina Herrera M.

Nationality: Colombian

Josefina supports the EITI International Secretariat’s HR and Finance team with various tasks, ranging from HR policy and recruitment to accounting.

Prior to joining the EITI, Josefina worked as a corporate lawyer and in the publishing sector, specialising in children’s literature. She also founded a photo album start-up.

Josefina holds a Law degree from Universidad de los Andes (Colombia) and a MBA with a specialisation in human resources from ESADE (Barcelona). In her spare time, Josefina enjoys spending time with her family, reading and knitting.
