Register of Board decisions

Decisions taken by the EITI Board

All decisions of the EITI Board taken at Board meetings and through Board circulars are published on the EITI website. Should there be any inaccuracies in the register, the minutes take precedence.

How the EITI Board takes decisions

EITI Board decisions are generally taken at Board meetings and can also be taken through Board circulars.

The Articles of Association (Article 15.5) charges the International Secretariat with keeping and publishing minutes and decisions made at Board meetings. Board circulars and Board papers are considered internal working papers under the EITI's openness policy and are consequently not published on the EITI website.

The register holds decisions since the 2016 EITI Global Conference. Decisions made before are publicly available through the Board meeting minutes.
