Changes to the Board composition.
The Board agreed that Rosmarie Schlup, Head Macroeconomic Support, Economic Cooperation and Development; State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), Switzerland, currently alternate to the Board, is to succeed Dirk-Jan Koch, Special Envoy for Natural Resources, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Netherlands at the EITI Board. Dirk-Jan Koch will become Rosmarie Schlup's alternate.
