Decision on admitting the Netherlands as an EITI implementing country
The EITI admitted the Netherlands as an EITI candidate country on 28 June 2018.
In accordance with the EITI Standard, the Netherlands is required to publish its first EITI Report within 18 months of becoming a candidate (i.e., by 28 December 2019). The Netherlands is required to publish an annual progress report for 2018 by 1 July 2019. Validation will commence within two and a half years of becoming a candidate (i.e., by 28 December 2020).
