Changes to the Board composition.
The Board agreed that Marième Diawara Thiaw, Permanent Secretary/Coordinator, EITI Secretariat, Senegal, is to succeed Mankeur Ndiaye, Chair of the EITI Senegal National Committee, from the constituency of implementing countries as alternate Board member with immediate effect until the renewed nomations at the Global Conference in Paris in June.
