The Board approved recommendations from the results measurement and impact assessment

The Board approved the recommendation to publish the final report on Results measurement and impact assessment in EITI: a review of best and current practice on the EITI’s website (here).

The Board agreed on the recommendations to improve the guidance to implementing countries and to embark on the development of a country-sensitive results framework.

The Board decided that the Implementation Committee discusses the scope, timing and resourcing of an Independent Evaluation, in consultation with other Board Committees. The Committee shall prepare a recommendation, including terms of reference, for Board approval in October.
