The EITI is hosting a side event, "Resource-backed loans: Risks and opportunities", which brings together organisations working to promote understanding, accountability and transparency of resource-backed loans. The session will introduce the new disclosure requirements of the EITI Standard on resource-backed loans, and will explain how countries and companies can improve their disclosure practices in this area. The session is moderated by Fatma Nyambura, EITI Policy Manager.
