The EITI International Secretariat hereby invites consultants to tender for producing a proposal for an EITI rating framework that takes into account the recommendations from the evaluation and the options identified by EITI stakeholders. The Terms of Reference for the assignment are available here. The deadline for submission of applications is 2 December 2011, 17:00 Central European Time.
