Aliou Ba Coulibaly

Mr. Ba Aliou Coulibaly, President, Publish What You Pay (PWYP) Coalition, Mauritania was born on 24 June 1964 in Kaedi. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Human Sciences at the University of Nouakchott and holds a Certificate of Aptitude for Secondary School Teaching (CAPES) from the Ecole Normale Supérieure. Mr. Coulibaly has completed a number of training courses in advocacy and communication for change, as well as in the governance of natural resources.
