Antoine Kocounseu Mimba
Chairman, EITI National Council Côte d'Ivoire
Mr Antoine Kocounseu Mimba, a graduate of the Ecole Nationale d'Administration (ENA) in Abidjan since 1990, is a General Administrator of Public Financial Services. He began his career in the Ivorian administration with the Treasury department, and went on to hold a number of responsibilities and senior management positions within the Ministry of Finance.
In 2016, Mr. MIMBA was appointed as a Technical Advisor to the Minister of Finance and Budget. In this capacity, he holds various other positions, including Chairman of the Management Committee of the SME Support Fund (FSPME) since April 2020, Chairman of the National Council for the Implementation of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (CN-ITIE) of Côte d'Ivoire since 2019 and Chairman of the National Accounting Council (CNC) since 2016.
He has received several decorations, including Officer of the Ivorian Order of Merit.
