Boureima Cissé

Boureima Cissé is an economist and the National Coordinator of the EITI in Mali. He holds a degree in mining taxation from the National Higher School of Mines in Paris and brings strong expertise in auditing mining projects and managing data related to transparency in the extractive sector. Within the EITI Mali Technical Secretariat, he has been responsible for data collection, processing, and auditing. He has also served several times as a country researcher for the Intergovernmental Action Group against Money Laundering in West Africa (GIABA). A recognized expert in extractive industries governance, he actively contributes to strengthening transparency and accountability in this strategic sector for Mali.
